New Laws Take Effect Starting October 1. Three Month Warning Period Begins This Fall for Illegal Signs; Fines Begin January 2012.


Highway crews continue efforts to remove unauthorized signs from State routes. Next year, persons are subject to a $25 fine for each sign.
